Oh honey!! I'm sorry your Christmas treated you somewhat poorly. I can definitely sympathize -- we lost power here at 4am Xmas eve, and did not get it back until 2 in the afternoon. It was still in time to spare us peanut butter sandwiches for dinner, but we still ended up huddled in multiple layers in our main room with a generator powering a small heater as we opened presents.
