Today in the US, it's Thanksgiving. To me, that means loads of good food (and PIE!) and a four day weekend. YAY!

Also? It means that I am reminded to be grateful for the things and people that I have in my life. For the record, I'm grateful every day, but it's always fun to shower those that I love with a little extra sometimes. (Pssst! That means you guys! ^_~)

So here's what we're gonna do: Post a comment here, and I'll tell you why I'm grateful to have you in my life. ♥

My husband brought a lot home for him. I brought some cheesecake home for myself >__> That's it. I didn't eat much either.

I always like to cook for others. I'm pretty poor though, so my meals are very simply. Noodles or rice with some sort of veggie and some sort of protein. Just different sauces and spices. I really enjoy macaroni and cheese, peanut butter, and tuna helper too, though. And chicken nuggets. So I'm not totally asian.

I am a fairly lousy cook in general, so I love people to feed me. *grin* I'll pretty much try anything, although if it's something REALLY far out of my comfort level, you better not tell me what I'm eating (as in the case of my friend's traditional Chinese wedding banquet. I simply don't want to know what most of the courses I ate were. =P)

I can't afford to cook the things you wouldn't like. I mainly use chicken, tuna, canned salmon...
